Our kitchen is increasingly based on the use of local raw materials, a more sustainable choice for the environment, with low impact on pollution and global warming, and a choice that can enhance local realities and the quality and genuineness of the products.
We work with companies that implement ethical choices in production and with the Lecco Vocational Training Center (CFPP). We support the “attention to waste” in production and in the dining room with the Zero Waste Project NON-ROUGH ASK THE DOGGY BAG and we adhere to the worldwide PLASTIC FREE movement we are converting our way of working and products.
